Actualmente no existe ningún sustituto para la capacitación en seguridad presencial. Actualmente no existe otra opción para capacitar a los trabajadores de la construcción hispanos en el oeste de Michigan que no sea frente a una pantalla de computadora.

Hispanos constituyen una parte significativa e importante de la fuerza laboral de la construcción, pero se han quedado atrás en la educación sobre seguridad debido a la falta de esfuerzo para superar la barrera del idioma. Tener a alguien frente a usted con

An In-Person Training Solution in Spanish
There is currently no substitute for in-person safety training. There is currently no other option for training Hispanic construction workers in West Michigan other than in front of a computer screen.

Hispanic workers make up a significant, and important, part of the construction workforce, but have been left behind in safety education because of a lack of effort to overcome the language barrier.
Having someone right in front of you with the ability to engage, answer questions, clarify information, and discuss relevant experiences makes it far superior to online learning.
